Our goal is to make sure every customer has a reliable, hassle‑free experience. This policy explains how returns, cancellations, and refunds work for equipment rentals and retail purchases made through Emmitsburg Equipment.


1. Retail Product Returns (Parts, Accessories, Supplies)

Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • A valid receipt or order number is required.

Non‑returnable items

  • Electrical parts

  • Installed or used components

  • Special‑order items

  • Clearance or discounted items marked Final Sale

Return Process

  1. Contact us at mike@emmitsburgequipmentrental.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and an RMA number.

  3. Ship the item back or drop it off at our location.

  4. Once inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

  • If the item is not in returnable condition, it may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.
